Individual Change Programmes

Build the skills
that make the difference.

Two programmes designed to develop individual capability through real workplace projects — from first-job readiness to confident management.

Work-Based Learning — Individual Change Programmes

You learn most by doing, and reflecting on what you've done.

Individual Change programmes are built on one principle: real learning only happens through real work. No simulations. No generic case studies. A real project in your actual workplace — guided by a GCWAL programme advisor from start to finish.

These are the foundation programmes of the WAL pathway — the place where workplace confidence, professional identity, and the capacity for change are forged.
