Most organisations struggle to make change last.

Global Centre for Work-Applied Learning (GCWAL) empowers managers and their teams as well as organisations to implement change and to undertake practitioner research, using the Work-Applied Learning (WAL) change model - developed and applied since 1979.

The WAL change model gives organisations the internal capability to introduce and manage change themselves — permanently, through a licensing framework. The WAL change model doesn't send managers to a classroom. It puts them to work on a real change problem, inside their own organisation, and builds the managers' capability and capacity to lead change that holds.
